The Mac app in development
The current development version saves study history and preferences locally on your Mac. History includes the courses or projects you select, focus intervals and timestamps. The standalone preview does not include iCloud sync and does not upload this history to the Timeheld website.
Safari website protection
The extension uses the domains you choose to apply browser blocking rules while focus is active. Safari requires website permissions for this behavior. The current extension is not designed to inspect page contents or collect browsing history. Permissions can be managed in Safari settings.
Companion builds in development
Separate development builds support optional iCloud sync and iPhone/iPad companions. They can exchange settings, session control and study history using a private iCloud container. Those builds are not a public download, and public companion releases are not offered on this site.
CSV exports
Exported CSV files contain the history or summary data you choose to export. You choose where to save the file. Sharing a CSV elsewhere is your decision; exporting it does not upload it to this website.
This website
No advertising trackers, marketing analytics, account forms or email-signup forms have been added to this website. The hosting provider processes requests needed to deliver the site and may retain standard operational logs. Private previews may require the hosting platform’s sign-in.

You can review local history in the app, manage Safari permissions in Safari settings, and decide whether to export your records. This page describes the current implementation and will be updated as public distribution and companion services develop.
